Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program


Welcome to Franklin Township's Housing Rehabilitation Loan program application. This program is designed to assist residents with modifications and improvements in their home and to ensure their home is code complaint while also addressing the housing quality standards for the Community Block Grant Program.

To begin the application process, please fill out and submit the online application. If you have questions, please contact the Rehab Administrator via email at Christine.Woodbury@franklinnj.gov.

After the application is accepted for approval, you will be contacted to include the following paperwork. If you so choose, the documentation can be uploaded and submitted with the application. Doing so can speed up the process.
  • Copy of the first page of applicant's deed (showing owners name and property address)
  • Copy of homeowner's insurance declaration page (showing property address and term of insurance coverage)
  • Copy of applicant's currant tax return for all working adults in the home.
  • Copies of Paystubs (showing 1 month of income for all employed in household)
The Rehabilitation Administrator will contact the applicant once the application is received.
