I became unemployed or underemployed (reduced work hours, lower pay, etc.) as of March 9, 2020

Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Training Program Eligibility (Check all that apply)

If I am seeking a certification to drive from state-to-state, I will be 21 years of age as of Monday, April 24, 2023.

I possess a valid NJ Driver’s License.

I can successfully pass a Department of Transportation drug test and physical.
