ATTENTION FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS
WE NEED YOUR HELP!!
The Township of Franklin was awarded 7.7 million dollars in American Rescue Funds to mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on our community, especially the residents, businesses and non-profit organizations who were impacted or disproportionately impacted by the pandemic.
These monies can be used for a variety of activities from infrastructure (water, sewer, broadband), public sector assistance with budget deficits from lost revenue, pandemic related health care services, childcare assistance, unreimbursed medical expenses, funeral expenses, affordable housing, facility upgrades, and job training.
These funds are a one-time chance to create projects that will have a lasting impact on the community while providing relief to those affected.
We are asking for your input in developing programs that meet this criterion. We have provided a short survey to assist us in making a plan that truly benefits our residents. Please take the time to thoughtfully answer the questions.
*Using the Star Rating with 1 star is least important to 5 stars is most important.
We will schedule a Community Meeting to discuss the survey results and plan development.
