Food Vendor Requirements

TEMPORARY FOOD LICENSE & MOBILE FOOD TRUCK PERMIT

  • A Somerset County Department of Health Temporary Food Establishment Permit is required by all food vendors participating in Franklin PRIDE. Vendors who will be cooking/heating /warming food, you must complete a Mobile Enclosed Food Truck Permit from the Office of Fire Prevention. 
  • By submitting this application, you agree to an inspection by the Somerset County Department of Health and/or Franklin Township Fire Prevention.
  • While Temporary Food Establishment Permits are typically subject to a $75.00 fee and Mobile Food Truck Permits are subject to an $85.00 fee, the Township of Franklin have elected to waive fees for the 2025 celebration.

  • The sale of alcohol is strictly prohibited.

You must complete and submit the Temporary Food License and Mobile Truck Permit* Application in order to complete your registration for Franklin PRIDE.

*The Mobile Truck Permit is only required if cooking/heating/warming food onsite.
